Refund policy

Delivery

All orders within Qatar are sent via our courier service and may require a signature on delivery. There is a flat rate of 30QR per delivery.

Please note same day delivery is limited to availability at the time of the order. Normal delivery within Qatar is 1-2 working days.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Return policy

Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email. You will then receive information on how to make the return.

Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

*Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

Refunds/exchanges

We cannot offer a refund or exchange unless you have received a damaged product. If your product appears to be damaged, please send our customer service team an email to orders@nourais.com with a picture attached within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate event that you made a mistake and need to cancel the order, this needs to be done before the order is shipped. Please note as soon as we receive orders our delivery process begins. Once the order has been shipped we can not cancel the order and a return must be issued after receipt of delivery. Please be aware the return terms and conditions will apply on all orders.
